CRM Data Analyst


We are looking for a person with a curious mind, both analytical and pragmatic, who would feel comfortable undertaking the responsibility to turn large sets of data into valuable customer and business insights. Such insights would possibly change our current marketing model and would influence other key business decisions, too.

Our CRM Senior Data Analyst role is a newly created one in the CRM & Digital Marketing team and is part of the Strategic Marketing Department. The role will be instrumental to our plan to step-change approach to CRM and Digital, for a short-term gain in our customers’ loyalty and for our medium-long term readiness to move to customized promo offering and communication.


  • Advanced SQL skills including experience querying complex data sets.
  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant hands-on analytical experience with data exploration, data analyses and data visualization
  • Experience with data analyses tools (e.g. R or Python)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office (excel you rock) and BO
  • Understand basic statistical models and concepts
  • English proficiency. German is a plus.

  • Can translate findings from data into recommendations for non-technical partners to tell a story

  • Processing and evaluation of data related to customer behavior
  • Monitoring of relevant KPIs related to customer behavior and promotional efficiency
  • Processing of ad-hoc customer data into insights
  • Analyses of purchasing behavior of various customer segments
  • Data visualization to provide the basis for strategic marketing decisions
  • Working with "Big Data" in the field of CRM
  • Development of new methods for data analysis and data modeling
