RESPONSABILITĂȚI

This role will involve objectives as:

  • Support of the head of Controlling department and the co-workers within the controlling team;
  • Support for General Managers decision making process;
  • Support for the financial requirements from other departments within organization;
  • Complete analytical assistance/control of the head of Buying Department in terms of supplier commercial contracts, buying procedures, result analyses;
  • Permanent monitoring of buyers financial results in terms of margin and bonuses;
  • Ad hoc Reporting for intern and extern.
  • Daily monitoring of profit evolution

Having as main Tasks:

  • Proposed and follow-up projects for improving the process flow and the financial results of buying department;
  • Organizing meetings with other departments that collaborates with buying in order to improve the buying results (sales, logistic, accounting);
  • Verify the supplier contracts and documents from commercial point of view;
  • Data analysis of standardized and own developed reports;
  • Provider of reports for intern and extern management;
  • Budgeting the main indicators for the buying department (margin, bonuses) together with buying managers and periodical follow up;
  • Establishing with buying managers of the configuration of buyers evaluation indicators from financial point of view;
  • Monthly centralizing of the results for supplier bonuses and detailed analyzing per categories;
  • Further development of the tools used in own activity and common activity with buying;
  • Support in extern revision controls and financial audit in buying department development of guidelines for the measurements received and follow-up;
  • Verifying for top suppliers the invoiced bonuses from the buyers;
  • Stock development analyses;
  • Periodical meeting with the buyers regarding the status of reaching the targets;
  • Monitoring all the possible supplementary indicators that could influence the buying results;
  • Collaboration with law department about supplier contracts and collaboration problems.
